Branch Meetings

• When : Monthly (on the 1st Wednesday of the Month)
• Time : 14:00 to 16:00
• Where: Lisvane Memorial Hall, Heol y Delyn, Lisvane, Cardiff, CF14 0SQ 

The first 10 - 15 minutes of a meeting are a chance to socialise with fellow members before settling down to listen to that months speaker. Most speakers will talk for around 45 mins after which there is usually a 5 - 10 mins period where the speaker will answer any questions.

Following this around 30 -40mins is taken for a refreshment break (tea/coffee/biscuits and a chat) before the meeting resumes with announcements about forthcoming trips, national & branch news, and any welfare items.

The meeting ends with the draw for the winning raffle tickets.

 

Other Activities

As well as the regular monthy meetings and coach trips out the members also get involved
in various self directed activities such as :-

• ornithology group
• regular walking group,
• pre-meeting luncheon group and
• occasional cycling trips.
